The Provider will deliver the following services:

As a founding member, there is no onboarding fee.
The monthly subscription fee is £77, discounted to £57.
SMS messages are charged separately at £0.007 per segment.A local phone number (starting from £1.50 per month) is required to use the SMS service.The SMS feature is optional and typically used alongside emails for tasks such as appointment reminders and review requests, providing added convenience for client communication.
The subscription includes up to 10,000 emails per month.Excess usage will incur additional charges or require an upgrade.
Customisations (e.g., website creation, advanced workflows) are not included in the subscription and will be quoted and invoiced separately.
While the Client owns their data (e.g., client information), the platform configurations, workflows, and templates remain proprietary to MyBump2Business and cannot be moved to another system.Clients can export their raw data if needed.
The Growth Nest offers an optional hosting service for WordPress websites.This includes website hosting and backups only.Ongoing maintenance (e.g., software updates, database management, and plugin updates) remains the responsibility of the web designer or client.
Includes a one-hour onboarding call to set up the account and provide training.
Provided via email or chat, as detailed in the Terms & Conditions.
30 days’ written notice is required to cancel the subscription.
The Provider may terminate the subscription for non-payment, misuse, or breach of this agreement.
The Growth Nest is a subscription-based business management platform offering:
CRM
Calendar tools
Email marketing
Automations
Access is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
Payment for the onboarding fee is required upfront and is non-refundable.Subscription fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time to maintain access to the platform.
SMS messages, phone numbers, and custom services are billed separately.Charges for additional services will be provided via a separate quote.
Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended.Repeated late payments may result in termination.
All configurations, workflows, and templates within The Growth Nest remain the intellectual property of MyBump2Business.Clients cannot replicate, move, or transfer the system setup to another provider.
The Client owns their raw data and may export it at any time.
A one-hour onboarding session is provided to help the Client get started.
Support is available via email or chat during business hours.Custom requests for training or changes are chargeable.
